Keith plays for Homeboyz RFC since 2014 to date as a open side flanker, blindside flanker, and Number 8, and has previously played for the national U19 team between 2014 and 2015 . He attained World Rugby Level 1 Coaching and Match Officiating certification in 2017.

He has been a coach with KRDA since to date.
