Kenny currently plays for KCB RFC as a fly back and full back, having previously played for Strathmore University and Kenya U19/U20. He has an illustrious rugby career, having won the Most Valued Player (MVP) award in the national 7s circuit in 2010 , been a 2 times silver medallist in world university championship in France .He has also played in Vodacom Cup in South Africa, been a vice captain for Kenya 15 and won a silver medal in Kenya Cup 2015.

He has been the assistant coach for Kenya U20 since 2015 , a legacy development officer for Ultimate Rugby 7s Kenya since 2014 and coach for the South Coast Pirates RC and nationwide and championship leagues since 2015 . He has also won national coastal league as a coach in 2016 and a quarter finalist as a coach in 2017 in Championship league in 2017He attained World Rugby Level 2 Coaching and Match Officiating certification in 2016.
He has been a coach with KRDA since to date.
