Michael currently plays for KCB RFC as a scrum half, and has previously participated in key events including 2013 car cup u19 as a finalist, Kenya 7s player 2014/2015 HSBC 7s series, 2014 Kenya 7s series as a runners up, 2015 enterprise cup as a finalist, 2015/2016 Kenya cup as a runners up and 2016 enterprise cup as a winner .

He aspires to use rugby to change the community. He attained World Rugby Level 1 Coaching and Match Officiating certification in 2016.
He has been a coach with KRDA since to date.
