Simon currently is the team manager and assistant coach for Homeboyz RFC since 2014, having previously played for Harlequins RFC and Mwamba RFC, both in the junior and senior clubs.

He attained World Rugby Level 1 Coaching and Match Officiating certification in 2016. He has been a coach with KRDA since to date.
